High-precision virtual simulation of CNC- tube bending

Using VRbendsim® it is possible to reduce drastically the process from the first design of the tube to the final product. In addition the final product will be considerably enhanced. In this way not only are costs and production time saved in the pre-drafting stage but further time savings are achieved through optimising the bending process.

Results of the simulation are reliably transferred to the real tube bending machine. Clear product-relevant data, for example: basic cycles, collision points and finished bending programmes serve as the basis for testing and cost calculations.
